IMMEDIATE SERVICE

The service offer includes warranty and post-warranty repairs, periodic reviews and maintenance, machine’s recondition, installation and start-ups, technical assistance, replacement of damaged parts (sale of spare parts). This service is a one-time service and visit is determined after signing service order which includes hourly fees and travel costs. This kind of service offer is addressed to individual customers and companies where continuous care is not needed.

CONTINUOUS CARE

Includes services listed in immediate service. The company signs the contract with customer, which guarantees the service response in 24/48 hours and preferential hourly fees. Payment for this type of service is negotiated individually and is paid in the form of monthly subscription fee. This kind of service is recommended to companies where reliability and continuity of work is necessary.

ONLINE SERVICE

Through the online service we can make a diagnosis and only in justified cases it is necessary to departure to the customer. It allows to a remote connection between the machine’s computer and SEMPRE Service Center, permitting direct intervention. In order to enable remote control service, the customer should provide the possibility of connecting the machine's computer to the Internet.
